Had a great ride from Gig Harbor to Ellensburg, spent the night then on to Leavenworth. Went over the old Bluett pass, wow that was cool. One lane road through the woods.
The best trail in Washington State is EVERYWHERE, to include the Oregon Coast. Just made a run from KENT, to Bellinham, down 101 to the Sea Lion Caves, back thru Astoria for a tatoo, and on back up to Bellingham, to drop off my passenger. LOVED IT. Getting ready for SUN N SURF in Ocean Shores, the last week of July. WANNA GO? I am taking my 33ft RV with the hydraulic bike rack this year. NO MORE SLEEPN ON ROCKS lolololol

I used to live in western Washington. There are a couple of rides I would suggest. We used to take a ride we called "the loop" around the Hood Canel following hwy 101 starting in Shelton, down through Hoodsport and ending up in Port Townsend. You'll find that Port Townsend is VERY biker friendly with plenty of bike parking. If you make it there, I highly recomend The Public House for lunch/dinner. Also, on Friday nights they have local acustic talent playing (no cover charge) which is always good. If you decide to spend the night, Manressa Castle is a great B&B, and the resturante there has the best seafood in town. From PT their are two routes you can take. Either keep heading up the peninsula to Port Angeles and Hurrican ridge, and then along Cresent lake (great twisties right along the water), or you can hop the ferry across to Whidbey island and go up to Skagit valley and pick up Chucanut drive to Bellingham. Leveanworth in the Cascades is a great ride as well. That should give you some ideas. Either way its all good. The local HOG chapter in Lynwood is a great bunch of folks to hook up with, just do a search for "GNW-HOG." Hope this helps.
